Nashville, TN (October 1, 2012) ----- Christian music's new duo, Stomptown Revival and their folksy blues sound, is generating strong interest and reaction from media and fans. The duo of Gabe Martinez and Brandon Bee have delivered high-profile performances at Night Of Joy and The Experience Conference in Orlando last month, several dates in San Antonio, TX later this week that also includes an appearance on the local CBS morning show Great DAY SA, and an upcoming performance at the Christian Music Summit in Nashville, TN on October 5th.

The press has also been enthusiastic with the new sound and project from StompTown Revival with JesusFreakHideout.com summing it up best by saying, The duo of Brandon Bee and Gabe Martinez (formerly of Circleside) have teamed together to forge a sound that sounds classically American, but yet new and refreshing in today's worship and pop/contemporary-saturated CCM. Additional coverage includes; Blogcritics.org, NewReleaseTuesday.com, CCM Magazine, Christianity Today, HM Magazine, Country Pulse Magazine, Today's Country Magazine, Strictly Country Magazine, Baptist Standard, and Christian Musician Magazine.

The self-titled 6-song EP contains innovative new music from StompTown Revival which features acoustic and slide guitars, a harmonica, and a stompbox that is a percussion instrument pioneered by early bluesmen. The duo wrote five original compositions for the new recording, along with a new musical twist to the traditional and well-known hymn, Leaning On The Everlasting Arms. The project was produced by Martinez and Bee and is on Save The City Records. Provident Distribution is overseeing distribution of the EP at all online and retail outlets that includes a limited vinyl edition of the project.

About StompTown Revival
Seattle native Brandon Bee and Texas native Gabe Martinez grew up in different parts of the country but both developed a passion for blues/roots music at a young age. As they began their own careers, Martinez as the frontman for the critically acclaimed Christian rock group Circleside and Bee as a solo artist with over 80 production credits to his name, their paths crossed at a music retreat in Seattle, WA in 2004. The pair struck up a friendship, and when a guitarist with Circleslide was injured Bee stepped in as the fill-in musician for a few months. The guys started writing songs together and that's when they discovered their mutual interest in American Blues music. It was at that point when StompTown Revival was organically born. Shortly after that, the music caught the attention of Save The City Records which led to the new release. StompTown Revival is managed by Artist Garden Entertainment, who developed the innovative new website for the duo that includes a log-in for citizenship and voting privileges for mayor.
